Last Monday, May 26, Fira Barcelona opened its doors to celebrate the Retail & Brand Experience World Congress. This was an international event organized by Fira de Barcelona where experts united to discuss the digital transformation of a key sector in the economy. It also had an exhibition space with 200 emerging companies and companies from around the world.
The event brought together leading industry experts and leaders in this sector of activity, emphasizing how to develop and expand opportunities within technological innovation. The presence of the entire digital transformation ecosystem had the purpose of connecting the developers of innovative technological solutions with the main actors of online sales, physical stores, main brands and retail companies.
The RBEWC was structured around 6 themes: customer experience, omnichannel and digitalization, real estate sector, retail technologies, personalization through new retail models, and trends. It covered 8 sectors: fashion, large consumption, department stores and shopping centers, beauty, electronics, online, furniture, and banking integral. There was a Startup Village, Trade Fair, networking activities, and much more.
We had the presence of major industry benchmarks such as Elison Seth (CEO of Levis Strauss), Javier Figar (Pepe Jeans), Pier Paolo (CEO and President of Karl Lagerfeld), Florent Courau (Head of European Operations of JD.com), Rodrigo Cipriani (Managing Director, South Europe of Alibaba Group), Joaquin de Toca (President and CEO of MUJI), and Fuencisla Clemares (General Manager of Google Iberia). Vudoir had the pleasure of being part of RBEWC as a start-up finalist by Liquid. We was in the startup village, with our most qualified staff. We were discussing how Vudoir assists customers with questions and choice overload in order to improve conversion for companies. Vudoir’s software can be easily embedded into the retailers e-commerce platform, which allows customers can have a live conversation with personal shoppers.
